the login problems listed below until you find the solution you need. Other frequently asked questions cover most issues that may arise. For problems not

I clicked on the link, entered my name, and selected "Login", but nothing is happening.
Be patient. The launch of Elluminate can be delayed while files are being downloaded to your computer and checked by your virus scanner. Clicking on
the "Login" button repeatedly will only slow the process. If you find that your Quick Learn session is still not loading after an extended period of
time, please close your browser. Then reopen the browser and check the Elluminate Support page to verify that your computer is configured to run Java.
The support page is located here:
http://www.elluminate.com/support/index.jsp.
Once you have confirmed Java configuration, please try the link again.

I registered for Quick Learn training, but have not received a confirmation email.
First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from Mimio. It would have been sent to you on the same day you registered. If you do not find the
email, contact the MimioTraining Department and include the
following information:
First and Last Name:
Email Address:
Name/Date of Session(s) Registered for:
I have completed the Quick Learn sessions but have not received the recording link or my Certificate of Completion.
Allow up to 24 hours for our moderators to send your follow-up email with the recording link and Certificate of Completion. If you still have not heard
from them after 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder for an email from Mimio. If you do not find the email, contact the Mimio
Training Department and include the following information:
First and Last Name:
Email Address:
Completion Name/Date of Session:
The Training Department will then provide you with the recording(s) and Certificate(s) of Completion.
I have a Mimio in my classroom, but not at home. Can I still take these sessions at home?
Yes – Mimio hardware and software are not required to take the Mimio courses. Just register and log in at the appropriate time.
Do I have to take the Mimio Quick Learn sessions sequentially?
If you are a new Mimio user, we recommend that you take sessions 1-7 sequentially. However, you are not required to do so.
Do I need a microphone to participate in the sessions?
No – each Quick Learn session has a built in instant messenger feature, which allows you to chat with other participants and communicate directly with
the moderator.
Do I need speakers to participate in the sessions?
Yes – speakers or headphones are required, because the moderator uses a microphone to present.
What if I get disconnected during a session?
No problem. Simply click on the link for the session again and log back in. Though you may have missed something the moderator said while you
were disconnected, you will receive a recording of the entire session within 24 hours of completing the session.
If the Elluminate window remains on your screen, click "Session -> Join Session."

The moderator's voice sometimes speeds up and becomes very high-pitched. What can I do to stop this?
Problems with the sound are usually caused by lags in the Internet. When logging in, you are prompted to select a connection speed. We recommend that
you select the exact type of Internet connection you have, or one just below it in quality. This will allow the Elluminate system to adjust properly and
provide you with the best quality. If you are unsure about your speed, select a low speed to ensure a better connection. While Elluminate does its best
to keep the various connection speeds aligned, the Internet itself can be unpredictable, so there is sometimes no perfect solution.
